Additional Programs

Health & Life Skills activities encourage members to set personal goals and develop the capability to live successfully as self-sufficient adults. Programs such as SMART Kids, SMART Girls, and Passport to Manhood all act as educational preventative activities for our members.

SMART Moves (Skills Mastery & Resistance Training)

SMART Moves, offered to ages 6-15 uses a team approach, involving club staff, parents, and community representatives, as a prevention/education program that addresses problems such as drug and alcohol use & violence, which teach our members to say more than “No.”

Passport to Manhood

Represents a targeted effort to engage young boys in discussions and activities that reinforce character, leadership, and positive behavior by giving young males a passport which follows a fundamental 14 step path.

SMART Girls offers our female members, ages 8 to 17, guidance toward healthy attitudes and lifestyles, eating right, staying fit, seeking good health care, and more. Encouraging young women to have healthy attitudes and lifestyles, SMART Girls helps them reach their full potential by offering field trips, small group talks, and woman-to-woman intellect.

Healthy Habits: Triple Play

Designed to incorporate healthy living and active learning in every part of the Club experience, Healthy Habits emphasizes good nutrition, regular physical activity, and improving overall well-being.
